This process is simply removing the hair in the bikini. A true Brazilian wax was actually almost all the hair on the ground, only a small line of hair on the vulva. The reasons are many, but certainly not limited to the fact that it is a heck of a lot easier than shaving and leaves little chance. The Brazilian wax was widespread in the 1980s when a group of sisters from Brazil, Padilha, introduced the method in New York. Before too long, they had formed sisters J. International Exhibition and the concept of Brazilian became an international success.
